Policies and Shipping Info

Shipping Policy:

All items will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and federal holidays. BSW Apparel  is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once an item is in the possession of the shipping carrier. If you have any issues regarding tracking an order after it has left our facility, we ask that you file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed. This includes change of address, size, or change in quantity. BSW Apparel reserves the right to cancel any order that is placed with incorrect information.

 If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or the shipping carrier not being able to deliver your item we are not responsible for new shipping fees. If an item is returned to us, you will be contacted within 10 business days so that new shipping fees can be collected.

 

Canceling an Order:

Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled.

Refund policy:

We do not provide refunds but will graciously accept returned items for merchandise credit. Additionally, we do no process cancelations under any circumstances. Please be sure to read our size chart (T-shirt, Sweatshirt) if you have any questions regarding the fit of our merchandise. If you receive an item and the sizing is not perfect for you we are happy to issue you a merchandise credit to use towards a future purchase. Merchandise credit is valid for one year and can be used on our online store only. In addition, a merchandise credit will consist of the total value of the item and will not include forfeited shipping fees.

We gladly accept returns for merchandise credit within 10 days of receiving your item. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original, unworn, and unused condition. All returns must be made by the purchaser and the original order number must be provided, along with the reason for the return. Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to return it to us unless the items are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

 **Final sale items cannot be returned in exchange for store credit**

Please do not wait until a restock has been announced to return an item. Under no circumstances do we "reserve" or "hold" items for future purchases. We suggest sending the item in as soon as possible to receive your merchandise credit in a timely manner. 

• Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, a merchandise credit will be issued via email titled BSW MERCHANDISE CREDIT  within 7 business days.
